This quote is for all of you out there that are starting new jobs in the transcription profession. Do not be discouraged. QA is hard to take but if you consider the quote below perhaps it will make it easier. No one likes to have their faults listed one by one in a numbered error report but if you absorb what it being said, even if it is said in a less than kind way, it will make you better in the long run.
