On July 20, 2009 my daughter Rowan started her own blog. It is called Row’s Kitchen. She is 14 years old and will be attending community college next year. She wants to obtain an associates degree in business before attending culinary school. Her ultimate goal is to open her own restaurant.

Since her father and I met while working in a pizza restaurant, we think this is a fine career for her. She has always been interested in cooking and has been helping me in the kitchen since she was just a little girl. Now she is pretty handy in the kitchen by herself. She can create a really good meal. We ate really well on Father’s Day this year when she made dinner for her Dad’s gift.

As you can tell, we are very proud of her! Please give it a look and check back often for recipes. She really is a good cook, so you just might find something that interests you as she continues to post.
